Indian Clubs
Indian Clubs exercises strengthens our small stabilizing muscles in the shoulder (rotator cuff), provides a more efficient movement and increase mobility in the shoulder girdle, improve coordination, strengthening the elbows, forearms and wrists in a gentle but effective way. Besides the physical exercise Indian Clubs also improve our posture even when the body is in motion.
Training with Indian Clubs include symmetrical and asymmetrical patterns of movement which requires high concentration and activation of our neurological system and therefore also gives us a mental challenge.

We recommend starting with the lightest weight of 0.45 kg regardless of the strength and physical fitness. It is the movement that is in focus, not the weight!
